指出我国物流培训存在培训机构与物流人才的发展不均衡、物流职业资格认证不规范、大学和科研机构的物流培训实操训练不够以及物流公司的培训师资力量不足等诸多问题,但物流培训需求不断扩大,培训机构只有强化现代物流理念和技能的培养,克服受训人员接受现代物流理念的知识障碍,努力争取政府支持,重视物流培训师的选拔和培养等方面的工作,才能使物流培训随着市场需求的扩大而不断壮大。

In view of the many prohlems existing in the logistics personnel training in China, including imbalanced development of training organizations and personnel, irregular practice in logistics professional certification, insufficient emphasis on practicality in higher education and research institutions, etc., the paper points out that only through the cultivation of modern logistics understanding and skills, helping the trainees overcome barriers against the reception of modern logistics ideas, through winning government support, and through making a point of the selection and training of logistics training specialists, can logistics training grow with the expansion of market demands.
