摘要
目的探讨眼针疗法治疗缺血性脑血管病的可能机制。方法采用随机分组将大鼠分为假手术组、模型组与眼针组,改良的线栓方法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型;取上焦区、下焦区、肝区、肾区为施加因素;采用ELISA法检测大鼠脑组织及血液TNF-α含量。结果眼针组与模型组脑组织及血液TNF-α含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论眼针可降低缺血半暗区皮层脑组织及血液中TNF-α含量。这可能是眼针治疗缺血脑血管病机制之一。
Objective To explore a possible mechanism for eye acupuncture treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods Rats were randomly allocated to sham operation,model and eye acupuncture groups.A rat model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury was made by the modified MCA thread-occlusion method.Ear points Shangjiao,Xiajiao,liver and kidney were selected for acupuncture.Rat brain and blood TNF-α contents were measured by ELISA.Results There was a statistically significant difference between the eye acupuncture and model groups(P0.01).Conclusion Eye acupuncture can decrease the TNF-α contents of cerebral ischemic penumbra zone and blood.This may be one of the mechanisms of eye acupuncture treatment for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
