双针并刺治疗中风后下肢肌张力增高临床观察

Clinical Observations on Double-needle Acupuncture for the Treatment of Post-stroke Leg Hypermyotonia

目的观察双针并刺治疗中风后下肢肌张力增高症状的疗效。方法 50例患者随机分成治疗组和对照组(各25例)。治疗组采取双针并刺患侧肢体拮抗4穴、拮抗5穴,每日2次;对照组给予常规针刺(即取患侧肢体阳陵泉、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交、太冲)。结果治疗组总有效率为72%,对照组为56%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双针并刺治疗中风后下肢肌张力增高症状的疗效优于常规针刺治疗。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of double-needle acupuncture in treating post-stroke leg hypermyotonia.Methods Fifty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups（25 cases each）.The treatment group received double-needle acupuncture at antagonistic point 4 and antagonistic point 5 on the affected leg,twice daily and the control group,conventional acupuncture（at points Yanglingquan（GB34）,Zusanli（ST36）,Yinlingquan（SP9） and Taichong（LR3） on the affected leg）.Results The total efficacy rate was 72% in the treatment group and 56% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The effect of double-needle acupuncture is better than that of conventional acupuncture in treating post-stroke leg hypermyotonia.
