巨刺郄穴配合推拿治疗粘连期肩关节周围炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Contralateral Meridian Needling at Cleft-Xi Points plus Massotherapy in Treating Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

目的观察巨刺郄穴配合推拿治疗粘连期肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将105例粘连期肩周炎患者分成巨刺郄穴辅以推拿组(治疗组57例);常规针灸组(对照组48例),隔日治疗1次,连续治疗10次观察疗效,观察治疗前后症状与体征的变化,并测量治疗前后患侧拇指至健侧肩胛骨下角的距离。结果治疗组总有效率为98.2%,对照组为85.4%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且两组治疗前后患侧拇指到健侧肩胛骨下角的距离差值也有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组的差值大于对照组。结论巨刺郄穴配合推拿治疗粘连期肩周炎具有痛苦小,疗效好,疗程短的特点。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of contralateral meridian needling at Cleft-Xi points plus massotherapy in treating adhesive periarthritis of shoulder.Methods One hundred and five patients with adhesive periarthritis of shoulder were randomly allocated to a contralateral meridian needling at Cleft-Xi points plus massotherapy group（treatment group of 57 cases） and a conventional acupuncture group（control group of 48 cases）.Treatment was given once every other day.The therapeutic effects were evaluated at the end of 10 consecutive treatments.Post-treatment changes in the symptoms and signs were examined.The distance from the thumb on the affected side to the inferior angle of scapula on the healthy side was measured before and after treatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 98.2% in the treatment group and 85.4% in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in the total efficacy rate between the two groups（P0.05）.There was also a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the distance from the thumb on the affected side to the inferior angle of scapula on the healthy side in the two groups（P0.05）.The difference was larger in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Contralateral meridian needling at Cleft-Xi points plus massotherapy for the treatment of adhesive periarthritis of shoulder is characterized by little pain,quick therapeutic effect and short treatment course.
