摘要 研究蒙古口蘑及其多糖对小鼠免疫功能的影响。小鼠经灌胃给药,测定小鼠免疫器官指数、血清中抗体水平、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能和溶菌酶含量。结果显示,低剂量菌丝体粉能显著增加小鼠胸腺指数,高剂量子实体粉和低剂量菌丝体多糖能显著提高小鼠脾脏指数;子实体粉与菌丝体粉及其多糖均能提高小鼠血清平均溶血素和溶菌酶的含量,同时也能增强单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提示蒙古口蘑及其多糖均能明显提高小鼠机体的免疫功能。 Effect of Tricholoma mongolicum and its polysaccharide on immune function in mice were studied.The immune organ indexes were determined using the weight method.The serum antibody levels were measured by spectrophotometry.The monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis was measured by carbon clearance test and the lysozyme content in serum of mice was measured by immunization turbidimetry.The results showed that the powder and polysaccharide extract of Tricholoma mongolicum fruit bodies had no significant effect on the thymus weight;The high dose powder of Tricholoma mongolicum fruit bodies increased spleen weight significantly;The low dose powder of Tricholoma mongolicum mycelium increased thymus weight significantly;The low dose polysaccharide extract of Tricholoma mongolicum mycelium increased spleen weight significantly;The powder and polysaccharide extract of Tricholoma mongolicum fruit bodies and mycelium could enhance the average content of hemolytin and lysozyme in serum and could enhance the monocyte-macrophage phagocytosis.The powder and polysaccharide extract of Tricholoma mongolicum fruit bodies and mycelium could significantly improve immune function in mice.
