摘要
研究桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠脏器中弓形虫感染的影响,探讨桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠的保护作用。建立小鼠弓形虫感染模型,设立空白对照组,感染对照组,阳性对照组,桦褐孔菌多糖组。治疗结束后,采集脏器,用半定量PCR检测各脏器中弓形虫基因拷贝数。桦褐孔菌多糖治疗组小鼠的肝脏、脾脏、肺脏中的虫体拷贝数显著低于阴性对照组。表明桦褐孔菌多糖能够减少弓形虫在小鼠脏器中的感染。
To observe the effect of polysaccharides extracted from Inonotus obliquus on the infection of Toxoplasma gondii in the organs of mice,and study the protective effect of polysaccharides in Inonotus obliquus on mice,a acute Toxoplasma gondii infective model was established in mice.The mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control group,negative control group,positive control group and Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide group.After treatment,the organs were collected,the gene copy numbers of Toxoplasma gondii in organs were determined by semi-quantitative PCR.The gene copy numbers in liver,spleen and lungs of Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide group were significantly fewer than that in negative control group.Inonotus obliquus polysaccharide could reduce genetic expression of Toxoplasma gondii in organs of mice.
