摘要 针对现有火电厂SCR烟气脱硝反应器内催化剂前端烟气与氨混合不均的技术难题,开发了一套用于研究各种负荷工况下不同导流板结构布置对反应器内烟气流场、氨气及飞灰浓度场等影响的专用模拟系统。系统采用模块化结构,能对不同容量、不同燃烧方式、不同煤种的燃煤锅炉烟气脱硝反应器内多种物理场进行模拟,并可同时进行定量测试、自动数据采集与分析、可视化观察,为大型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硝装置的优化设计提供试验研究平台。 Directing against the difficult lechnological problem of non-uniform mix-up for flue gas and ammonia at the front end of catalyst in SCR reactor of flue gas denitrification in thermal power plants at present,a set of specialized simulation system for studying the influence of different baffle plate structural arrangements upon the flow field of flue gas,the concentration fields of amonia and fly ash in the reactor under various load conditions has been developed,the said system adopts modularized structure,can be used to simulate many physical fields in the reactor of flue gas denitrification for coal-fired boilers with different capacity,different combustion mode,and different coal sorts,at the same time,quantitative test,and automatic data aquisition and analysis can be carried out,and being visuably observed,providing a platform for test and experiment study in design optimization of the flue gas denitrification system for large-capacity coal-fired boilers.
