湿法脱硫烟囱腐蚀现状及防腐方案的选择 被引量:21

STATUS QUO OF CHIMNEY CORROSION IN WET FGD SYSTEM AND SELECTION OF ANTI-CORROSION SCHEME

摘要 未配置烟气换热器(GGH)的湿法脱硫装置后的烟囱简称湿烟囱。因排烟温度低、冷凝酸性水量大,许多湿烟囱投产不久就出现腐蚀问题。为此,分析湿烟囱出现腐蚀的原因,介绍湿烟囱采用的各类防腐工艺及其效果,总结出湿烟囱防腐方案选择原则。根据材料试验及实际运行结果,提出了可将GD-APC杂化聚合结构层防腐新工艺用于新建湿烟囱的防腐和旧烟囱防腐改造。 The chimney without installing gas-gas heater(GGH) is simply called wet chimney.Because of low temperature of the discharged flue gas,and a large amount of the acidic condensated water,the corrosion problems occurred in wet chimneys soon after the said chimneys being put into operation.For this,the causes leading to corrosion in wet chimneys have been analysed,and the anti-corrosion technologies used for wet chimneys and their effectiveness being presented.The selection principles for anti-corrosion technologies in wet chimneys being summarized up.On the basis of materical test and practical results in operation,it is recommended to use a new anti-corrosion technology of GD-APC mixed polymerization for anti-corrosion in wet chimneys being newly constructed and for anti-corrosion of old chimneys to be retrofitted.
