摘要
为了开发一种陶瓷刀具材料,以Al2O3/TiN为主要成分,利用热压烧结工艺,在烧结温度1700°C,烧结压力32MPa条件下制备了复合陶瓷材料。TiN含量取30%、40%、50%、60%,保温时间取5min、10min、15min。研究了四种配比的材料在不同保温时间下抗弯强度、硬度、断裂韧性等力学性能与材料显微结构的关系,发现保温时间对材料的力学性能有重要影响。
In order to exploit a kind of ceramic tool material, Al2O3/TiN composite materials were prepared by hot press sintering. The specimens prepared at sintering temperatures of 1700℃, TiN content of 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, sintering press of 32MPa, holding time of 5min, 10min, 15min. Effects of holding time on mechanical properties and micrestructure of these materi- als were investigated by analyzing the bending strength, hardness, fracture toughness. It is indicated that the holding time has im- portant effect on the microstructure and mechanical properties.
