摘要
依据电磁场理论,建立了高速精密热缩夹头的温度场模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了温度场数值模拟,对规格为16的热缩夹头进行了感应加热温度测量实验,实验数据与模拟分析有较好的吻合,为揭示高精度热缩夹头感应加热规律、进行高精度热缩夹头的开发及其参数优化提供了理论依据。
Induction heating temperature field model of high-speed and exactitude thermo grip was built according to theory of electromagnetic fields. And numerical simulation of the temperature was performed by finite element analysis software ANSYS. The temperature measuring experiment had been done with 416 thermo grip. Experimental data and simulation analysis fits well. It provides the theory support for the optimal design and parameters optimization of thermo grip.
