摘要
在复合添加VC/Cr3C2的基础上,添加不同配比的TaC和Y2O3作为WC晶粒长大抑制剂,研究了晶粒长大抑制剂不同组合、含量对WC-10 wt%Co超细硬质合金性能及组织结构的影响。研究了真空烧结及后续热等静压处理对硬质合金硬度、致密度及其晶粒大小的影响。研究结果表明:在添加0.6wt%(VC/Cr3C2)的基础上,加入0.2wt%TaC+0.2 wt%Y2O3经1250℃真空预烧及HIP后续处理,硬质合金洛氏硬度为92.9 HRA,致密度为99.4%,硬质合金具有最优异的综合性能。
In this paper,different contents of TaC,Y2O3 and VC/Cr3C2 were droped in WC - 10Co uhra-fine cemented carbids as WC grain growth inhibitors. The effects of grain growth inhibitor addition and the sintering processing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of WC - 10Co ultra-fine cemented carbids were analysed. The results showed that the alloys which con- tain 0.6wt% (VC/Cr3 C2) + 0.2wt % TaC + 0.2 wt % Y2O3 were prepared by 1250 ℃ vacuum sintering and HIP achieved the max- imum density and hardness of 99.4% and 92.9HRA, respectively.
