浅谈均布(EQS)的符合性判断依据

针对实际生产中的均布(EQS),从理论和实际测试两方面入手,分析了用精密测量法和通用量具检验法判断的不重合性,推导出不重合的具体范围并进行修正,将修正后的公差值用于均布符合性判断,在检验中具有实际的指导意义。

For the actual production of equal space, this paper analyses the mismatch between using precision measurement and general test method. With both of the theoretical analysis and practical testing, the mismatch was revised at the end. The revised tolerance works well in equispaced compliance assessment, and it has practical significance in detection as well.
