摘要 对目前各类电脑双针筒袜机在编织时织物表面容易出现的几个问题进行了分析,包括线头多、漏针、氨纶漏吃等疵病。同时,针对这些疵病提出了解决方法,即:只要设计一套主纱导纱器控制装置,让主纱导纱器能根据要求控制在两个不同位置,来满足针筒单向转动与双向转动时织针喂纱需要,疵病就能克服。分析了现有的主纱导纱器控制技术,介绍了新型主纱导纱器控制技术,包括基本结构和工作原理。 This paper analyzes the common problems on the sock surface including excessive thread ends,drop stitch and polyurethane yarn missing occurred in the knitting process of different electronic double cylinder sock knitting machines,and accordingly points out the solving methods against these defects,i.e,design a set of main yarn feeder control devices,through which to control the main yarn feeder staying at two different positions according to requirements,thus meet the yarn supply demand of one-way and two-way rotation.In addition,this paper also analyzes the current control technology of main yarn feeder,introduces the new type of main yarn feeder control ways including basic structure and working principle.
