摘要
基于虚拟仪器技术设计的超干粉料湿度测试系统由HM1520LF湿度传感器、晶体管稳压电源、数据采集卡、PC机和基于LabVIEW的湿度信号处理软件组成。测试过程中,与晶体管稳压电源连接的湿度传感器将检测到的湿度信号通过数据采集卡输入PC机,采用基于LabVIEW编程平台的软件系统采集信号,并将采集的数据通过队列储存,然后在图表中显示出来。检测结果储存在Access中,方便数据的查询和回放。系统的硬件实现无缝连接,具有很好的灵活性和扩展性,编程效率提高、开发时间减少、人机交互界面友好等特点。
The moisture testing system of ultra-dry granular material based on virtual instrument technology designing was composed of HM1520LF humidity sensors, transistorized voltage stabilizer,data acquisition card,PC and the humidity signal processing software based on the LabVIEW.In test procedure,the humidity sensor connected with transistorized voltage stabilizer was used for measuring humidity,the humidity signal was input to PC through data acquisition card,and using software system based on LabVIEW programming platform acquiring signal.The collected data was kept in reserve through queue,then displayed in the graphic.The result was stored in access,facilitate to query and playback data.It was seamless connection between hardware,the system has good flexibility and scalability, improving programming efficiency,reducing development time and friendly humanmachine interface.
