摘要
基于ARM微处理器和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统设计了一种高速公路动态称重系统,能够快速、准确地对行驶中车辆进行实时计算称重,存储和显示车辆重量信息。描述了称重系统的结构设计框图、基于LPC2368 ARM处理器的硬件电路设计原理和系统软件模块GM8125驱动程序和FLASH驱动程序的设计方法。对动态称重算法原理进行了特别详细的描述。采用软件滤波算法消除干扰信息,保证了数据处理精确度。测试结果表明,系统工作稳定,称重精确可靠。
A system of weigh-in-motion was designed which can weight cars,store and display cars weight information quickly and accurately based ARM Microcontroller and uC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system.Design of the system structure,hardware and software,specaily weighin-motion algorithm was discussed in detail.Software filter was used in the system to improve accuracy of weigh-in-motion.The result of experimentation proved that the system runs accurately and reliably.
