石油替代的对策和替代技术

Policy of Petroleum Substitution and Substitution Proposal

分析了石油生产、消费形势和中国搞石油替代的必要性,指出中国必须尽可能多地掌握用于液体燃料和重要化工产品原料的石油替代技术,由政府资助建设并运转示范装置,长期运转以积累工程经验、改进和提高技术;替代技术的商业化推广则应以市场为主,政府只作政策引导和补贴示范装置。

Production and consumption of petroleum in China were analyzed as well as the necessity of developing petroleum substitution energy.It was proposed that more petroleum substitution technologies should be developed through government funding in China,but commercialization of the petroleum substitution technologies should mainly depend on market,the government only needs to carry out policy guidance and financial subsidy.
