摘要
研究了在1,2-二氯乙烷溶剂中,对甲苯磺酸作为催化剂时,PHB的降解。使用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、核磁共振(1H-NMR)、红外光谱(IR)和X-射线衍射(XRD)等手段对产物结构进行了表征。结果表明产物为两端带有羟基的PHB遥爪聚合物,结构与PHB原料结构一致。
The degrading process of poly(β-hydroxybutyrate) by using p-toluenesulfonic acid as catalyst in 1,2-dichloroethane was studied.GPC,1HNMR,XRD and IR were used to characterize the structure of degradation product.The results show that the product is telechelic polymer with hydroxyls on both ends.The structure of the product is similar to the structure of poly(β-hydroxybutyrate).
