摘要
利用一次回归正交试验分析法,对固体超强酸SO42-/TiO2-Nd2O3催化水杨酸异戊酯的工艺条件进行了优化建模,找出了主次影响因素,得到了酯化率与影响因素的回归方程,并对其进行验证。同时用其指导工艺的改进,结果表明采用一次回归正交试验分析法得到回归方程可以较好的预测该工艺体系中的酯化率,指导工艺改进。
Synthesis conditions of isoamyl salicylate over the solid superacid SO42-/TiO2-Nd2O3 catalyst were optimized and modeled by linear regression orthogonal experiment,order of influencing factors was determined.Then regression equation of esterification rate and influence factors was obtained,and the regression equation was verified,at last it was used to guide to improve the technology.The results show that the regression equation can predict esterification rate of the process system very well,and guide to improve the technology conditions.
