摘要 采用FH-UDS催化剂对焦化柴油进行加氢脱氮反应性能研究,考察了温度、压力、空速等反应条件对加氢脱氮效果的影响。结果表明,以上海石化焦化柴油为原料,在反应温度为380℃,氢分压为8.0 MPa,体积空速为1.0,1.5 h-1,氢油体积比为500的条件下,加氢精制柴油产品中的氮质量分数分别为19μg/g和22μg/g,脱氮率99%;含硫质量分数均低于50μg/g,脱硫率>99%,满足欧Ⅳ标准。 Hydro-denitrification performance of FU-UDS catalyst for coked diesel fuels was studied,and effect of temperature,pressure,volume space,etc.on desulphurization result was investigated.The results show that for coked diesel fuels,under the conditions of reaction temperature 380 ℃,partial pressure of hydrogen 8.0 MPa,volume space velocity 1.0,1.5 h-1,and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil 500,nitrogen contents in the product are 19μg/g and 22μg/g respectively,both nitrogen removal ratios are near 99%,sulfur content in the product is below 50 μg/g and sulfur removal ratio is over 99%,which can meet the need of standard Euro Ⅳ.
