钢制薄壁内压容器爆破可靠性灵敏度分析

摘要 讨论了钢制薄壁内压容器爆破可靠性分析问题。根据应力-强度干涉理论,建立了钢制薄壁内压容器爆破时的极限状态函数。在基本随机变量概率分布已知的情况下,应用鞍点逼近理论,得到了极限状态函数的累积分布函数曲线,并且将鞍点逼近法得到的分析结果与Monte-Carlo数值分析结果进行了对比,分析结果表明所述方法精度颇高、计算速率较高,为钢制薄壁内压容器爆破可靠性灵敏度分析奠定了基础。 Reliability analysis problems of steel thin-walled pressure vessels were discussed.A steel thin walled pressure vessel burst limit state function was established on the basis of stress-strength interference theory.In the case of the basic random variables probability distribution known,the saddle point approximation theory was used to get the cumulative distribution function curve of limit state function.Comparing the obtained results with Monte-Carlo numerical results,the results show that the method has high precision and calculation speed,and lays the foundation for reliability sensitivity of the thin-walled steel pressure vessel.
