摘要
注汽锅炉是油田稠油开采的主要设备,在稠油开采中发挥了极为重要的作用。一旦注汽锅炉炉管出现爆管将被迫停炉,直接影响原油生产。辽河油田某采油厂注气锅炉连续发生爆管事故,由于水质不合格使得锅炉发生结垢。通过对锅炉水质分析和实验对锅炉结垢与锅炉炉管温度变化进行研究,得出结论是炉管结垢,导致炉管在高温下工作,使得炉管材质的高温疲劳是锅炉炉管产生爆管的原因。
Steam injection boiler is a major equipment in heavy oil exploitation and plays a very important role.Once the tube pipe of steam injection boiler explodes,boiler will be forced to shutdown,which will directly affect oil production.Pipe explosion accidents of steam injection boiler continually occurred in an oil production plant of Liaohe oil field because unqualified water had caused scaling.In this paper,water quality of boiler was analyzed,relation of boiler scaling and temperature change was studied by experiment.The results show that tube scaling causes boiler tube work in high temperature,at last high temperature fatigue of the boiler material results in pipe explosion.
