摘要
研究了由X射线高压发生器的不稳定输出高压所引起的人造板剖面密度测量不确定度的计算方法;计算得出当X射线高压发生器的纹波系数<1.1%时,人造板剖面密度的测量结果将落在(ρ-0.01,ρ+0.01)g/cm3的区间内。
Calculation Methods of the uncertainty caused by the ripple of high voltage generator for x-ray in the density measurement of wood-based panel were studied.The results show that the density measurement result has an estimated uncertainty in(ρ-0.01,ρ+0.01) g/cm3 when the ripple of high voltage generator is lower than 1.1%.
