出血坏死型胰腺炎胰外损害的实验研究

An Experiment Study on the Damage of Outer-Pancrease-Organs due to HNP

本文根据 Chetty 的方法加以改良,复制急性出血坏死型胰腺炎(AHNP)动物模型。观察胰腺和胰外主要脏器的损害情况,其发生率;急性胰腺炎(AP)100%、AHNP80%、肺损害56%、肾损害52%、肝损害36%,心损害24%。通过光镜和电镜形态学观察,探讨 AHNP 并发症产生机理和防治依据。

The animal model modified by our laboratory for AHNP was made according tothe method introduced by Chetty and his co-workers.The damage of pancrease andouter-pancrease organs were observed,its incidences were as follows:acute pan-creatitis was 100%;AHNP 80%;damage ef lung 56%;damage of kidney 52%;damage of liver 36%;damage of heart 24% respectively.The morphologic changesof those organs were observed by the light and electron microscopy.This experi-ment provided the basis for the further study of the mechannism of the complica-tion of AHNP and it's prevention.
