摘要
介绍在集控中心建立下辖所有变电站五防数据管理的专用五防服务器,巡检中心建立五防主机(与目前柳州供电局监控系统模式相同),实现网络化集中式管理。在集控模式下,集控中心的五防服务器统一管理下辖各受控站的五防数据,受控站通过网络上传本地的一次设备的运行状态给集控中心,并可以接收集控中心下达的操作票,实现任一点开票、任一点接票、任一点回传等。在"集控防误系统"的集控站运行模式中,改变以往传统的单站操作模式,并与监控系统有机结合,资源共享,功能独立,进一步加强变电站朝无人值守方向发展,提高操作人员、维护人员的劳动效率,并有效降低倒闸操作过程中可能存在的人为误操作,进一步确保人身、电网、设备的安全。
A web centralized management is achieved by providing special "five preventions" server for all substations subject to the centralized control center and "five preventions" host computer(with the same pattern as that of the monitoring system of Liuzhou Power Supply Bureau) for the inspection center.Under the pattern of centralized control,the "five preventions" server of the center manages "five preventions" data of all controlled stations.The controlled station sends the running state of local primary equipment to the center,and receives the operation order from the center.The order can be given,received and sent back at any point.Under the operating pattern of the centralized anti-misoperation system,it works in cooperation with the monitoring system in stead of independent operation,and shares resources while keeping its own function.The substation will be watched by fewer and even no person.In this way,the work efficiency of the operator and the maintenance worker can be improved,the possibility of misoperation by man in switching operation can be reduced,and the safety of man,power grid and equipment can be ensured.
