摘要
根据目前粮情管控系统上位管理中心计算机存在的问题,提出一种基于组态软件设计上位管理中心计算机监控界面的方法.根据粮库的情况,运用组态王6.53设计开发了系统主界面、每个粮仓的分界面、报警界面、实时数据报表界面、历史数据报表、粮仓中温湿度检测节点界面等.仿真实验表明,该上位机界面具有生动、逼真、实时、数据准确率高等优点,提高了粮仓的自动化水平和管理水平.
According to the disadvantages of upper management center computer in the present granary measuring and controlling system,a new designing method of monitoring interface based on configuration software was proposed.On the practical situation of granary,configuration king 6.53 software was adopted to develop monitoring interface hierarchy.It is composed of main interface,interface of every granary,alarm interface,report interface of real-time data and history data,temperature and humidity measurement interface.Simulation shows that the upper computer interface possessed many advantages,such as vividness,fidelity,real time,and high accuracy rate of data.It improved automation and management level of granary.
