摘要
通过对发酵连续灭菌冷却系统的改进设计,以达到节能的效果。连续灭菌在大规模发酵生产中的应用日趋广泛,因此完善连续灭菌的工艺流程很有必要。通过对现有工艺流程的改进,能有效地实现热量回用,具有显著的节约蒸汽、降低耗冷量的效果,是一个比较理想的节能的培养基连续灭菌工艺。
In order to achieve the effects of energy-saving, an effective improvement in the design of fermentation continuous sterilization cooling system is introduced in this article. With the extensive use of continuous sterilization in large-scale fermentation, amelioration of the process design of continuous sterilization is required. Through the improvement of the existing cooling system, the purposes of reutilization of heat energy, obvious reduction of steam and coolant consumption are achieved. So the method this article introduced is an effective one for energy-saving in fermentation continuous sterilization cooling system.
