摘要
采用循环伏安法研究了藏红花素在玻碳电极上的电化学性质,实验表明藏红花素在较强酸性缓冲体系中的电化学行为为准可逆过程.其在pH 3.50的B-R缓冲溶液中产生一对氧化还原峰,ipc/ipa=0.869.
The electrochemical properties of Crocin was studied with the method of cyclic voltammetry,and the experiment showed that Crocin's electrochemical behavior is quasi-reversible in stronger acid buffer system.A pair of sensitive peaks were observed in B-R buffer solution(pH3.50),which ipc / ipa is 0.869.
