CD62P在人乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系

Expression of CD62P and it′s relation with lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer

目的探讨细胞黏附分子CD62P在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法收集31例手术切除的人乳腺癌组织和癌旁相对正常乳腺组织,采用免疫组织化学S-P法对采集的组织标本进行CD62P表达的检测。结果 CD62P在正常的乳腺组织中未见阳性表达,乳腺癌组织中CD62P的阳性表达率为93.54%,明显高于相对正常乳腺组织(P<0.001);有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中CD62P阳性表达的小型血管数明显高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.05)。结论 CD62P与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移密切相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of cellular adhesive molecular CD62P in breast cancer and the relationship between CD62P and lymphatic metastasis.Methods The expression of CD62P in 31 specimens of breast cancer and peritumor normal breast tissue was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry method.Results The positive expression rate of CD62P in breast cancer was 93.54%,but in normal breast tissues it expressed few;The postive expression rat was higher obviously in breast cancer than that in normal breast tissue（P0.001）.The count of CD62P-positive blood vessels was significantly higher in the group with lymphatic metastasis than that in the group without lymphatic metastasis（P0.05）.Conclusion CD62P is closely correlated with lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer.
