复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤修复作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性酒精性胃黏膜损伤模型大鼠血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS水平的影响,探讨其保护胃黏膜损伤的作用机制。方法:用无水乙醇诱导的急性胃黏膜损伤大鼠模型,在造模前分别灌胃给予生理盐水、复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂及铝碳酸镁等不同药物干预,用ELISA和硝酸还原酶法分别测定血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS的水平。结果:预防治疗组大鼠血清PGE_2及胃黏膜组织NOS的水平明显高于模型组(P<0.01),且胃黏膜病理组织学损伤有明显改善。结论:复方蜥蜴散不同微粒组合剂对急性胃黏膜损伤有预防保护作用。 Objective: To investigate effect of different combination of compound lizards powder( DCLP) on serum PGE2 and tissue NOS in gastric mucosa of rat gastric mucosa injury model induced by ethanol and to explore the mechanism of the protective effect of DCLP on gastric mucosa. Methods : Gastric mucosal damage model was established by administrated ethanol gas- tric irrigation to rats. All rats were treated with different medicines. Normal saline, DCLP and hydrotalcite were administrated different groups respectively. The methods of ELISA and Nitrate reducing enzyme was applied to detect the level of serum PGE2 and NOS in gastric mucosa. Results : Compared with model group, the level of serum PGE2 and tissue NOS in the rats of the all prevention groups were significantly higher ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the pathologic changes of injured gastric mucosa were significantly improved. Conclusions: Different combination of compound lizards powder can protect the ethanol induced acute gastric mucosainjury.
