血府逐瘀汤加减治疗结节性血管炎37例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨血府逐瘀汤加减治疗结节性血管炎疗效。方法:用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗37例结节性血管炎患者。结果:治愈22例,有效12例,总有效率91.9%。结论:血府逐瘀汤以祛瘀血为主,随证加减标本兼治,攻补兼施,验证临床,疗效满意。
