摘要 本文详细研讨了常用PVC增塑剂的燃烧性能、增塑剂燃烧过程、软PVC材料的阻燃添加剂及无机填料对其阻燃性能的影响。研究表明:常用增塑剂DOP、DBP均大大提高软PVC材料的可燃性,燃烧时,增塑剂在凝聚相界面气化蒸发向火焰区扩散并可用双层膜面模型来解释;本实验软PVC体系中只要加入2-5份Sb_2O_3,即可起到显著的效果;新型HH—1复合填料及氢氧化铝是它的有效阻燃填充剂。 The combustibleness for commonly used plasticizers, the combustion process of plasticizers as well as the influence of flame retardant additives and various inorganic fillers on the flame retardancy ot flexible PVC were exhaustively investigated and discussed in the paper. The investigation demonstrated the conventional plasticizers such as DOP and DBP substantially enhanced the combustibleness of flexible PVC.The plasticizer evapirated at the interface of condensation phase and diffused into the flame region when burning and the phenomenon could be explained by the double film model. Significant effect could be made by only adding 2 to 5 parts of Sb_2O_3 to the flexible PVC system in this experiment. A new type of HH-1 composite Tiller and aluminium hydroxide were effective flame retardant fillers of flexible PVC.
