锥边球扇形观察窗结构的协调性分析 被引量:10

摘要 观察窗等开口结构作为载人潜水器设计关键技术,是载人舱设计中的难点之一。文章基于数值计算方法重点开展了锥边球扇形观察窗结构分析和协调性研究。通过对球形潜水器观察窗的理论与数值方法比较分析,验证了接触有限单元法求解观察窗结构局部强度的正确性;进而通过改变窗玻璃与窗座接触面锥角,研究锥边球扇形观察窗整体应力水平与变形的优化,以及窗玻璃与窗座凸缘之间的应力集中系数与变形系数等协调性分析。最终基于接触有限元法,结合规范设计曲线,即可方便进行锥边球扇形观察窗结构的设计优化和工程应用。 The design of pressure hull with opening,such as view-port,is one of the key technologies for the design of human occupied vehicle(HOV),while it is also one of the difficult designs for the manned capsule.By the numerical method,the structural compatibility analysis of spherical sector view-port with conical seat was presented.Compared with the results of theoretical solution,it is confirmed that the solution of contact finite element method(CFEM) is reliable.By changing the conical angle,stresses of spherical sector view-port with conical seat were optimized;meanwhile the stress concentration factors(SCF) and deformation coefficients were shown,too.It is eventually convenient for the optimization design and engineering application by CFEM presented in this paper,combined with the norm method and curves.
