摘要
金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)是引起食物中毒的主要致病菌之一。首先对金黄色葡萄球菌感染现状及其肠毒素的检测方法进行了综述,然后探讨了各种检测方法的优缺点和今后检测工作的发展方向。
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most important food-borne pathogens.The infection of Staphylococcus aureus and the rapid detection of enterotoxin was summarized in this paper.The current various methods for the rapid detection of Staphylococcus aureus were compared in this paper.The promising research in the future was also discussed.
