复方壁虎粉配合放疗治疗中晚期食管癌观察

Observation on Carcinoma of Esophagys in Middle-Advanced Stage Treated with Compound House Liyard Powder and Radiotherapy

２０５例中晚期食管癌病人随机分为复方壁虎粉配合放射治疗（治疗组）１０５例；单纯放射治疗组（对照组）１００例。结果治疗组症状缓解率为９１．４３％，对照组为７９．００％。治疗组１、２、３年生存率分别为８３．８０％、４３．8０％、２７．６１％，对照组１、２、３年生存率分别为８１．００％、２９．００％、１４．００％。治疗组总缓解率优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），3年生存率也明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示复方壁虎粉配合放疗对中晚期食管癌具有缓解症状，延长生存期的作用。

There 205 cases of carcinoma of esophagus in middle-advanced stage have been randomly divided into two groups: one(105 cases) treated with compound house ligard powder and radiotherapy, the other(100 cases) with radiotherapy only. The result showed that the remission rate is 91.43% and 79.00% respectively(P＜0. 05) ;the survival rate with first, second and third year is 83. 80%, 43. 80% and 27. 61% in the former group. while 81. 00%. 29. 00% and 14. 00% in the latter. The difference between the two groups is statiscally significant(P<0. 01).
