摘要
介绍了在Al-6.0Mg合金成分范围内,添加不同含量的Sc、Er等稀土元素,研究了Sc、Er对Al-6.0Mg合金力学性能、耐蚀性能以及焊接性能的影响规律。通过对铸锭组织、热轧预退火状态组织、冷轧退火态组织以及基体、焊接接头的力学性能、剥落腐蚀性能的对照,可以发现Sc、Er对Al-6.0Mg合金铸锭组织有明显改善,对合金的再结晶有一定的抑止作用,并提高了合金的力学性能,但未发现其对剥落腐蚀性能的影响。
The effect of Sc and Er with various contents on the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and welding performance of Al-6.0% Mg alloy was investigated. It was found that Se and Er can markedly improve the microstruture of Al-6.0% Mg alloy ingot and has some suppression effect on recrystallization of the alloy. The mechanical property can be improved as well, but the effect on exfoli- ation corrosion resistance was not observed.
