摘要
铸轧辊由辊芯和辊套组成。辊芯选用的材料对铸轧辊的使用性能和寿命有很大的影响。本文对辊芯曾用过的材料和现在被广泛认可的42CrMo钢,以及堆焊不锈钢的复合式辊芯进行了分析和介绍。
The caster roll consists of roll core and shell. The selected material for roll cores has an obvious influence on its service life and operation performance. The materials used to be adopted,42CrMo steel widely used nowadays and a combined roll core made by stack welded stainless steel were analyzed and introduced in the paper.
