摘要
综述了桃树胶的化学组成、性质、资源、采收、加工方法及其应用等方面的国内外研究进展,并提出了存在的问题,为更深入地开发、利用桃树胶这一优良资源提供了一定的依据。
An overview of peach gum on its chemical composition, properties, resources,harvest, processing and its current situation of application at home and abroad were given. It also gave some problems to be solved and provided some basis for more in depth development and use of the excellent resource.
