Analysis on Industrial Energy Saving Potential of Hebei in "12th Five-year Program"

河北省工业能耗占全省总能耗的70%以上,是最主要的能源消耗行业,也是节能潜力最大的行业。从结构节能、技术节能、管理节能三个方面,对河北省工业节能潜力进行了较为深入的分析,以期为确定河北省"十二五"工业节能方向和重点提供依据。

The industrial energy consumption accounts for over 70% of the total energy consumption in Hebei province.Because it is the most dominant energy consumption industry,it has the largest energy saving potential.From the perspectives of structure energy saving,technical energy saving,managerial energy saving,industrial energy saving potential of Hebei Province is analyzed in order to provide the basis for determining the direction and focus for industrial energy saving of Hebei Province in the process of performing ＂12th Five-year Program＂.
