摘要
高磷铁水中的磷含量过高,难以满足纯净钢、低磷钢和超低磷钢的冶炼要求。为了提高铁水炉外预处理的脱磷效率,本文从脱磷反应出发,分析了铁水脱磷工艺的热力学和动力学条件,认为增强渣的氧化性和碱度、较大的底吹强度以及保持适当的低温是提高脱磷效率的关键。
High phosphorus hot metal can not meet the smelting requirements of pure steel,low phosphor steel and lowest phosphorus steel due to its high phosphorus content.Based on dephosphorization reaction,the thermodynamics and kinetics condition of dephosphorization process of hot metal was anlysed in order to improve the efficiency of external furnace dephosphorization of hot metal pretreatment.The key point of fast dephosphorization were increasing oxidizability and basicity of slag,strengthening intensity of bottom blowing and keeping proper low temperature.
