An Overview of China's Tourism Industry Legislation

综述我国旅游行业立法,结合旅游业发展现状对我国的省、自治区直辖市以及较大市的旅游地方性法规立法特点,以期为我国旅游行业法律体系的完善和省级旅游地方性法规的立法提供参考,促进我国的旅游行业健康、有序的发展。

This paper summarizes the legislation of tourism industry and analyzes the defects in the legislative system of tourism industry in our country. On the basis of current situation of tourism industry, the paper analyzes the legislation characteristics of local tourism laws and regulations in provinces, autonomous municipalities as well as the relatively large municipalities of our country in order to perfect the legal system of tourism industry in our country, to provide reference to the legislation of local tourism laws and regulations at provincial grade, and additionally, to promote the development of our national tourism industry in a healthy and orderly way.
