应用型人才的基本素质刍议

On the Basic Quality of Applicable Talents

国家和教育部的有关文件和专家学者的研究基本都认同应用型人才应具备的素质结构主要包括扎实的知识(专业基础知识和应用性知识)、实践能力和创新能力。与美国心理学家斯腾伯格提出的成功智力理论相吻合。成功智力是用以达成人生中主要目标的智力,包括分析性智力、创造性智力和实践性智力三个关键方面。

Relevant documents ,of the Ministry of Education, the study of many experts and scholars all identify with the view that the basic quality structure of applicable talents mainly includes well-knit knowledge （basis specialized and utility knowledge）, ability of practicing and bringing forth new ideas. This view is close to theory of successful intelligence put forward by American psychologist Steinberg, who asserted that successful intellectuality is to accomplish primary goals of life, including the following three aspects： analysis intellectuality, creativity intellectuality and practical intellectuality. If applicable talents only knob down the following three key buttons： analysis inteUectuality, creativity intellectuality and practical intellectuality, they will turn on their success intellectuality and countdown for their success.
