摘要
通过实验方式研究"以问题为中心,以任务为驱动,以促进教师专业发展为目的"的小学英语教师校本培训模式。通过教师访谈、问卷调查、课堂观察等方式收集实验数据,分析结果证明该模式在推动小学英语教师培训,促进高校科研与教学的产学研合作,在高校、地方教育管理部门和小学之间建立紧密合作关系,以及加强培训过程的专业引领和指导等方面都有积极的影响。
This paper explores the problem-centered, task-driven and teacher development-oriented school- based training models for the primary English teachers. Data were collected through teacher interview, questionnaires and Classroom observations. It is proved that this study is of vital importance in promoting primary English teacher training and college-school cooperation in academic research. It also exerts great influence on closer relations between colleges, local education authority and primary schools, which in turn will play significant roles in training guidance.
