On Public Policy Implementation Failure from the Perspective of Interest Games——Base on the implementation of house price control policy in China

利益博弈是研究公共政策问题极为重要的视角之一。公共政策的执行过程实际上就是多元利益的博弈过程,本文以房价调控政策为例,分析公共政策执行过程中的多元影响因素,并从利益博弈的角度探讨了导致公共政策执行失灵的原因,试图研究出行之有效的解决对策。

The interest game is one of the extremely important perspectives to study the issues of public policy.Implementation of public policy is actually the multiple interests of the game process.This paper mainly focus on the multiple factors how to affect the execution of public policy by the example of House price control policy and analysis of the reasons lead to the failure of the Implementation of public policy from the perspective of the interest game,trying to work out effective countermeasures.
