The Causes and Strategies to Promote Chinese Cyber Democracy

网络民主是信息时代民主发展的新形式,本文从网络与民主的关系角度对网络民主进行了概念界定,进而从网络对于民主发展的价值及网络民主对于我国民主发展所能发挥的功能这两个角度来分析发展网络民主的原因,最后为推进我国网络民主的健康发展提出了可能的对策。

Cyber democracy is the new form of democracy in the information era.This article defines the cyber democracy from the relations between internet and democracy,and then analyses the reasons to promote Chinese cyber democracy from the values of cyber democracy in the development of democracy and the functions of cyber democracy in the development of Chinese democracy,at last gives some strategies to promote Chinese cyber democracy.
