企业视角下的天津科技成果转化障碍因素研究

Study on Obstacle Factors of Technology Transformation in Tianjin from the Perspective of Enterprises

基于对天津市不同行业高科技企业的问卷调查,通过对调查数据的统计分析并建立结构方程模型,对存在于天津市科技成果转化体系中的关键障碍性因素进行了实证研究。结果显示:影响天津市科技成果转化的影响因素,集中体现在高校科研机构成果评价与激励体制问题和科技成果市场建设问题两大方面。据此,针对天津市科技成果转化体系的障碍因素,提出:建立公正的评价机制与长效的激励机制;搭建科技市场交易信息平台,建立科技成果交易的定价准则。

Based on the survey of high-tech enterprises in Tianjin city,the author uses these data to establish structural equation models for finding key obstacles that impede the process of scientific achievement transformation.The empirical results show that there are two main obstacles： one is from the evaluation and incentive system in the universities;and the other is from the problem about the construction of scientific and technological markets.According to this analysis,the author proposed some recommendations to solve the problem at the end of the paper.
