人力资源、电子资源和就业服务是构建当前体育院校图书馆核心竞争力的主要因子。研究认为,体育院校图书馆人才不仅要具备图书情报学的专门知识、体育学科发展的脉络和方向,而且还要善于不断更新自己的知识,担当起日趋专深的参考咨询工作的重任,为决策者提供准确而精到的信息服务;在经费允许的前提下,体育院校图书馆应立足重点领域教学科研的需要,兼顾其他学科,确保综合性学科电子资源的采购,并且保持其延续性,形成自己的馆藏特色,充分发挥体育院校图书馆服务于学生就业的职能。

The human resources,electronic resources and employment services are the main factors in the building of core competence of the current sports college library.Studies suggest that sports college library personnel should not only have the expertise of library and information science,the context of the development of this discipline and direction,but also be good at constantly updating their knowledge and assume increasingly important task of the reference work to provide decision makers with accurate information services.If funding permitting,sports college libraries should keep a foothold on key areas of teaching and research needs,taking into account other disciplines to ensure electronic resources procurement of comprehensive discipline,and maintain continuity,and form their own collection characteristics and give full play to sports college library services in student employment services.
