中文期刊书目数据库建设中规范著录的几点体会——以妙思V6.5连续出版物系统为例

Some Views on Standard Data-input in the Construction of Chinese Periodical Bibliographic Database——Taking the Serials System of Muse 6.5 as an Example

采用自动化集成系统管理期刊是现代期刊管理模式,而期刊管理的重点是期刊书目数据库建设。文章从期刊预订、验收、过刊装订下架三方面著录时出现的问题,结合使用妙思V6.5连续出版物系统建设中文期刊书目数据库的实践经验,提出解决方法。

The application of automatic integrated system in the periodical management is a modern periodical management pattern.The emphasis of periodical management lies in the construction of periodical bibliographic database.Combining the practice and reflection of constructing periodical bibliographic database by means of Muse 6.5,the author mainly points out some easily happened problems in periodical subscription and acceptance check,in binding and deleting of back issue,and offers some solutions for discussion.
