新型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦配方及工艺的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了配方及工艺对新型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦性能的影响。研究结果表明,当配方中的粘合剂含量为10%~16%,树脂与橡胶比例为1∶1~2∶1、纤维含量为20%~30%、填料中石墨和钾长石比例为45∶55~55∶45、压制压力为(3±2)MPa、压制温度为(160±10)℃时,可以制备出性能优异的新型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦。装车运用结果表明,新型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦可满足制动使用要求,解决了制动中出现的车轮掉渣、掉块和金属镶嵌等问题。在大秦铁路上已广泛运用。 The influence of the formulation and technology on the properties of the new composite brake shoes with high-friction coefficient was studied. The results showed that the composite brake shoe with excellent properties was prepared when the formulation comprised 10%-16% by weight of the adhesive, 1 : 1-2 : 1 weight ratio of the resin and the rubber, 45 : 55-55 : 45 weight ratio of graphite and feldspar, 20-30% by weight of the fiber with the processing temperature of (160±10)℃ and the pressure of (3 ± 2) MPa. The loading test showed that they could not only meet the requirement of braking usage hut also successfully avoid the problems such as fragmentary behavior and metal inlay. The new composite brake shoes with high-friction coefficient have been widely used in Da-Qin Railway.
