摘要
用免疫组化 S A B C 法检测 H L A Ⅰ类抗原和 C D 54的表达。
Expressions of HLA class Ⅰ antigens and CD54 were determined by immunohistochemical technique. Relations between expressions of the two molecules and the clinical pathological parameters, and the tumor relapse were analyzed. The results showed that expression rates of HLA class Ⅰ antigens and CD54 were 59.09% and 45.45% respectively. HLA I expression rate in Ⅲ Ⅳ stage was lower than that in Ⅰ Ⅱ stage; in tumors of lymph node positive patients was lower than that of lymph node negative patients. In patients with tumors expressing HLA Ⅰ antigens recurrence rate was lower than that in patients with tumors deficient of HLA class Ⅰ antigens. No relation between the expression of CD54 and the clinical pathological characteristics was found. When analyzing the relation between expression of CD54 and tumor relapse, although no significant difference was observed, patients with tumors lacking HLA class Ⅰ antigens but expressing CD54 had higher relapse rate than patients with tumors coexpressing HLA class Ⅰ antigens and CD54. OEC cells may escape from the immune survilance of the host through downregulating expression of HLA class Ⅰ antigens and altering expression of CD54. Evalusion of expressions of HLA class Ⅰ antigens and CD54 may be helpful for judge prognoses of OEC patients.
