老年冠心病合并高血压患者的降压治疗策略 被引量：1

摘要 老年冠心病患者中60％～70％伴有高血压，血压升高可加速动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展，与冠心病心脏事件发生率、病死率等呈正相关。笔者就血压及降压治疗与动脉粥样硬化的关系、老年冠心病合并高血压患者的降压治疗策略作一介绍。
